Job Description

      To regularly update  and input/save the phone  contacts of our clients on phone 

      To update the email contacts of clients

      To send bulksms , emails  and WhatsApp messages to our clients  in respect of our services

      To maintain our social media presence on Facebook and Twitter

      To ensure all our clients follow us on  the social media platforms

      Attend to all official calls on the office lines; and respond to all enquiries or requests via the WhatsApp or any of the SM platform

      Regularly post, at least 20-100 messages per week, to clients on WhatsApp and the SM platform

      Come up with creative  or re-create content , at least 5 per week, for the Consult’s blog on its website

    Respond to all chat messages from the  Consult’s website

 On the SM platform, follow education-related establishments 

      Keep seeking ways to enrich the education media space  of the firm for patronage and sales



 Excellent knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel & PowerPoint

      Average/Good knowledge of CorelDraw & Photoshop, at least to edit pictures, would be an added advantage

      Good use of smartphone and Internet

      Ability to operate POS machine

 Ability to operate Whatsapp, Facebook and Twitter accounts

      Good use of English in writing and communication



    SSCE, OND, HND or B.SC holder with relevant experience

     The ideal candidate must have social media accounts and active on them
